Participants must be a Filipino residing here in Singapore with a valid dependent pass / PR status or Singaporean Citizen with Filipino parent/s. Ages should be between 4 to 10 during the start of the competition.Able to show their talents on stage whether singing, dancing, etc. Able to speak Filipino or Taglish during Q and A portion.
