Wicked Musical

I dont know anyone who hasn't enjoyed the play after they've watched it. It's wickedly worth every cent. And I'm not exaggerating. My little world of WOZ doesn't just involve dorothy, toto, the tin man, scarecrow and the lion and the witch. And not all villains are bad just like what Galinda mentioned in the beginning of the story. Each villain has a story why they became wicked.

We're laughing so hard at all the funny lines of Galinda. Each character has a magnificent voice and talent. All has played their part and role well and they have made all their audience appreciate plays more than watching it in a movie.

Thank you Dadi for buying the tickets :) Dysmynorrhea or not, I'm thankful that we watched it today :)

Obligations

Without it, life will be much easier. Life will be a lot better escaping from all those things that makes your heart ache. If not for this, I'll probably on my own now, might be living alone but hundred percent happy and stress-free. Why does one have to suffer just for the sake of responsibilities not only to thyself but to those you love? Sometimes, i think about being selfish for once.

Burn Baby Burn

My work is seriously making me crazy especially with the dragon breathing on my neck. I was really exhausted last night giving in to my emotions, crying while working trying to work one thing that's not even mine to resolve and what more no one wants to own it. My baby came to me and kissed me probably told by her dadi. She waited for me like she always do. I know she's really sleepy but she still waited for me. She came out of the room and look into my face saying "mami crying no. smile only". At past 2 AM, I came to bed and kissed her goodnight and sang to her. I asked her to hug me. Then she said, I miss you mami. Then kissed me. :( Promise baby, mami will do her best to make a move. Thank you for easing my pain and tiredness today early morning. I love you so much and nothing in this world could ever replace that.

Love

There's no such thing as perfect relationship or perfect partner for that matter. It only become perfect when you have loved all the imperfections of the person you love. It's the only thing that makes a relationship last long.

I never thought how empty this corner of our house will be. Now that your stay is over, it might be empty but you have filled our hearts with blessings and hope in our life. Thank you for staying. When a simple honest mistake happen and everyone noticed it and asked you why and make you explain and still explanation is no good but to accept that indeed you made a mistake - this you're wondering . . .

Almost There

Few days and counting… We’re almost there…
Today, we have bought few basic kitchen items. We’ve checked out the things we like before and we have checked the best price of these items. We suggest to check the price in best denki and harvey norman and do comparision of the prices and freebies and all that stuff and go to Gain City at Marina. Whatever pricess best denki and harvey norman offers, they can give you at a lower price.
Little by little, it will all form as what we picture it.
Baby steps and we are loving each one we make.

Friends or Frenemy?

Just a thought. I just notice recently, if you want to know who your true friends are, try observing them in 2 different times. One is when something is not so good happening to you and one is when everything is going really rad in your life. Which one you’d prefer? Yeah it’s true, when you’re sad you want a friend to be there for you. But I guess you’ll know the difference between a concern one and a “nakikiusyo” one. How about when something good? It’s really rare to see those who will pat you on the back and will show a genuine smile in their face. You don’t have to force yourself to be a good friend. If you don’t like someone, why prolong the agony? But I’m glad to see from my point of view those who really consider me as a friend. Tenchu cuz.  It’s not just about last friday. It’s about all the happy times I shared with you but mostly the sad times. I hope I’m good enough to reciprocate it.

God Listens

Few weeks ago, I have been ranting over something and pleading to God to give me something. I did try my foot to set on the other side of the street but it wasn’t what I was looking for. No calls. Nothing. Then just last week I received a news. It’s not a new job rather something that will take my anxieties away – I mean literally away. Thank you God for listening. Thank you for always listening to whatever it is that’s bothering me. :)

Reverie

I had a dream about this estranged man and a woman i believe he's with now. He was trying to make us let him in. The dream was not vivid. The man is.

Now I'm wondering where he is now. My biological dad that is. This is a strange month where most of them "lost" had somehow finally creeping back in to my life.

And to answer your question, yes, I have been looking for you too for a long time since friendster started. You are, in a way, been one of the special people in my life.

 

I just love modern times. I love FB! It makes you have that connection with the people / friends that once matters to you in your younger years. Busy Bee

Today was a tiring day for us. We went to Hougang for our final viewing of the place and did some measurements. We just got a little sad that the place won’t be available earlier than we’d hoped to. It will only be ready only end of August. That means less than 3 months of “paglalaway” to moved in to the new place plus the fact that we still have to pay double rent. Still, it’s a blessing that we’ll only be counting that few months instead of hunting. We got more and more anxious to move the closer we get to the time. Our favorite place now were Ikea, Harvey Norman or Best Denki hehe.

From hougang, we went to Suntec to meet Mareng B and Cuz. Had a “sweet” moment and laughter at Gelare. Yummy!

Nagutom ulit ako! Afterwards, we went separate ways hehe. We went to Nike and Royal Sporting house because dadi’s been drooling on this particular Nike shoes but been waiting for i-don’t-know-what. And I always nag him to buy it already but he’s being the way he is and never an impulsive one like me. And now he’s nagging me that good thing he waited :p We got the great deal ever! For the price of 1 running shoes, we got 3, 2 swimsuits and a cap. Yay to the great haul and great singapore sale. Weeeeeee!

Realization

I just realized during the pre-cheska time of both our lives, we always always go travelling at least once or twice a year. Now, with Cheska around, the only travelling we’ve done is Manila. BUT, this past 3 years wasn’t better than our travelling days. I’ll say they are both equally blessings that I’m unworthy to have. We have now a place we can finally call home *not blogged about it yet* and bags, bags, bags and most importantly is I’ve survived the greatest big ordeal of my life.

I don’t want to get uberly dramatic, but if you travel back with me in another decade back of my life, you would understand why i feel so blessed for having these chances in my life. I have these moments where I always whine and complain about a few things but I guess it’s who I am. I blurt out whatever I felt and although I admit being transparent to almost everyone makes them judge me. I realized you can’t change who you are just because you want to “blend” in with what is right or wrong in other people’s eyes. Of course, this still applies, in my own opinion, if you are not stepping on anyone’s shoes.

Back to my realization, when I look back, I saw myself tugging helplessly on the big boulder on my shoulder. I did make a lot of sacrifice back then. I asked for redemption but all I heard is - it will come, in time. Now, I have it and I’m thankful. Thank you Lord for all these blessings in my hand.

Louis #2

I’m just uberly happy! We bought this last weekend only. My first was dadi’s gift and this one is my first most expensive purchase *not counting the ipad as one because baby C is using it*. Love love love it! Chanel 2.55 will be too far and too unrealistic but we’ll never know *wink*. Dreaming of something big can never be too far. Just dreaming of it makes you feel like you are only 1 step closer to it. *grins widely*

This is my Monogram Speedy 30 Louis Vuitton bag. I know it’s too common, but I love it! Besides, it’s common because it’s the most affordable bags in this brand. I’ve been watching You tube on LV’s and I swear I’m not the only person in this world who is a “brand-whore”. There are so many clips on “Unboxing my louis vuitton bag”. Lol it’s funny especially reading the comments of the “haters”. Why can’t they just be happy or follow the saying “if you got nothing better to say, just keep silent”. Weeeeee! Enjoy!
