A *bowling* league of its own

Blog is a person's way of showing someone's personality, if not all, at least half of what he/she is. Sometimes when you've achieved of something in your life and you are so proud of it and you wanted other people to know it without telling the story in a bragging and annoying way, blog is always that something you can use.

Sorry if I may sound too proud, but I really am just happy with what I've achieved today aside from the fact that the past few hours and days of that moment was really toxic. I mean from work. I played because I wanted to release all the stress I had not really meaning to take home that handsome trophy. But I did! And I'm happy. I was telling my friends that it's my first time to take home a trophy like this playing a real sport. Quick background: I was the annoying-shy-type of kid and I never let myself get involved with any activities in school. There was this time that I was chosen by my classmates and teacher as their candidate for the Miss UN, just to tell you how annoying my shyness has been, I cried and pleaded my teacher in front of everyone in our classroom not to enlist me in that Ms UN thing. Pathetic, huh? I've declined a lot of opportunities in my school days, passing up on acting on a play, joining a sports activity in school, too scared to join the school paper as a contributor, classes with impromptu Q & A always almost failed me not because I don't know anything, and up to now I still regret some of it wondering why I let it pass. But hey, in life, good things always comes and it's never too late for you. Thanks to the organizers - Pre, Hono and Pichi. This just proves that even if we know that we're not so much qualified of doing something, important thing is you know very well your capability to do it. I am proud because I, Hani/Nene/Faye, am the champion of the 4th HDB Pinoy IT Bowling League. Yay! Hooray! Wooooottttt! My gratitude can't be enough without my bebe who've been my coach eversince =) *hahaha parang tunay na labanan ah, sensya na tao lang... marunong magyabang!* Congrats to kambal, too. And to Kulet! I forgot who the others were. Too much excitement makes you neglect your surroundings. Pardon me my friends. I didn't even say hi to Dadi M, Tab, 6, and Rosiel because we came late and the game was starting. Apologies *bow down*.
