I've been a PNE fan since they release their first album "Khangkhungkherrnitz". I very much enjoy their music. With their witty and very funny wordings. I always listen to one of their songs whenever angst is building up inside me. Their songs make me calm. But I couldn't say I'm a real die hard fan. I only have the four albums (now 5) among their 7. I really have no idea who are the other members of PNE aside from Chito. And I am so in love with Chito! Well, one couldn't help falling in love with his funny charm :D. Personally meeting them before the concert, each has their own charm. Chito (vocalist) is more of the joker and doesn't mind posing for the picture for his fans. Darius (lead guitars) is very nice and the silent type. He's just there always smiling. Din-Din (drums) is like Darius. He loves eating too. Vinci (backup vocals) is very aloof. He jokes around and laughs around with those people he's only familiar with. With fans, he's ok with taking pictures but I really can't feel the warm there. Couldn't say it's bad. Maybe it's a good thing for him being reserved and all that. Gab (guitars/vocals) is like chito joking around and always smiling. Buwi (bass) was the friendliest although his hands was busy with his two adorable kids and wife. We just had a chance to talk to him during the concert. The concert was really fun for me. It lasted for an hour and a half. Pero sobrang sulit naman. Everyone had fun. Good thing there's PS's proud daddies Ron and John who's taking so much trouble bringing the best artist in the Philippines here in Singapore where we can much appreciate them than just listening to them in CD's or watching them in videos. Watching them perform is a totally high experience. Yay!
I bought their latest album "SOLID". Layout was wonderful! The songs were just as funny as the previous. Better buy one now if you're a die hard PNE fan. :D

Interview/Dinner with PNE
We had dinner at Lau Pasat with PS Team, PNE's crew and manager and PNE. We occupied three round tables all full of food. There's stingray, shrimp, chicken, fried rice, satay, baby squid, sambal kangkong with about two or three orders of each. Fiesta! Too bad couldn't eat much as I just came from little Nixon's birthday. Guys will be guys no matter how famous you are. They will be just as normal as they can get. Nagkakamay and everything. Thankful for the wet wipes, and tissue and hand sanitizer I brought. Soon as the dinner was over, everyone looks exhausted hihihi. Good thing Chito agreed to have the interview right there and then instead of going with them to the hotel. Having the interview with Chito was like just having a casual talk. Sobrang daldal hehehe. We went home after that. And I was really high from that experience. So I told myself that this weekend's experience will totally go to my blog. Looking forward to the concert tomorrow!

Christian Bautista Live in DXO, Singapore
I wasn't planning on watching CB let alone dragging my hubby to watch it. We were not that big of a fan although his songs were really good. But since it's a free ticket (Thanks John and Ron hehehe) we did go and see the concert. Gosh, he's so cute although his skin looks like he'd been to Belo many times hihihi, kilig ever pa din. I think most of the audience who watched it were ladies. Hihihi. Kilig ever. Btw, this was Pinoy Sunday's first at DXO. And more to come :) The concert was really memorable for me. And our interview with CB was really nerve wracking. But it was all worth it.

Fret not baby gurl
I know it's hard when you give out all your best. But how do you say it's alright when you know that you're somehow feeling their pain? I was way too worried for you but I know you're tough. Better at handling things like this than me. Believe me though we're 10 years apart, I felt much more than that. I felt like I was the one who've carried you in my womb for 9 months. So I know you're much stronger than I am. This time may not be your moment but do know you've always made me proud. Can't wait to see you again! Love you so much, bunzo. Ate and Kuya loves you =)

Edward
Edward
"How can I put this so that youll believe me? Youre not asleep, and youre not dead. Im here, and I love you. I have always loved you, and I will always love you. I was thinking of you, seeing your face in my mind, every second that I was away. When I told you that I didnt want you, it was the very blackest kind of blasphemy."
"Before you, my life was like a moonless night. Very dark, but there were stars—points of light and reason… And then you shot across my sky like a meteor. Suddenly everything was on fire; there was brilliancy, there was beauty. When you were gone, when the meteor had fallen over the horizon, everything went black. Nothing had changed, but my eyes were blinded by the light. I couldnt see the stars anymore. And there was no more reason for anything."
Kilig ever talaga! Sigh! So obsessed!

Scary Movies
Lately, we've been watching too many thriller, scary movies. I guess this is what you called facing your fears. I'm kinda getting used to it. Though the screaming, palpitation of the heart and sleeping at night with the lights on are kind of hard to get used to. Last week we watched "The Mist" which is base from Stephen King's novel. The story is just wonderful, hair rising scary. Well, I'm that easy to get scared so don't rely on me when it comes to scary movies =) I just hate the ending part. I don't know much about Stephen King's novels and I didn't dare read one since watching some of the movies based on his novels. Now right this very moment, while my heart's thumping really hard, we're watching "1408". So many curses I'm going to say tonight. Eeeeeeeeeeeek. Now that I don't have anything to read since I've finished "New Moon" book 2 of twilight. Goosebumps. My gosh!

Twilight Saga - New Moon
I've finished reading the first book - Twilight in just 2 days. I'm not bragging. This is just my way of saying how easy read this new series are or how fascinating the story is. I'm so hooked and really really obsessed with Edward Cullen. Honestly this is the first time I became so hooked with a character. He'd been in my dreams many times now. Sigh! Surfing the net, I found out that I wasn't the only one who became so obsessed with the story especially with Edward. Some had read the book 1 for just a few hours. My gosh! I passed the book on to Joey. Hope he'll like it though :) I have the ebook if you're interested I'll send it to you. Gosh just thinking about Edward makes me feel so young again. Back in the days when you first felt the kilig moments with your crushes. That feeling of butterflies in your stomach and that feeling of being super special or feeling ganda when someone better looking than you had a crush on you too. Hihihi kakilig. Hayyyzzz. Better get back to my reading!

Twilight Saga - Twilight
I'm having the "Twilight Series" fever now. Mami S (tenchu tenchu Mami S) sent me this e-book way way back and I didn't know that it's been popular back then until now. Told you I love reading books but I don't read one that's not written by a popular author or never been into the best seller shelf. Anyway, I'm reading the book 1 now - Twilight. On the chapter 9 now but found myself in Bella's shoes. I'm practically falling for the Edward character. Either I'm getting too engrossed in the book or Stephanie Meyers is a really really good writer. It's like reading Harry Potter with a different edge. I swear even If I have this ebook I'll try to buy the books itself and add this to my mini libraryI just bought my book 1 "Twilight" today! Gosh. Can't wait for the movie. He's as an eye-candy as I imagined him to be. Remember Cedric Diggory?

On Books
Got this survey/topic from n@w =). Just sharing it with everybody.
1. Two books that you can read over and over again
I don’t re-read books as there are still a lot in my queue to read =) Although I re-read Archie Comics and Pugad Baboy if you can count that as a book.
2. Top 3 fave books
Daddy (Danielle Steel)
Tuesdays with Morrie (Mitch Albom)
Notes from my Travels (Angelina Jolie)
* to include the HP books and Philip Pullman’s The Golden Compass trilogy
3. Book that you started to read, but can't finish reading
LOTR and Tom Clancy's books. They're just too "intellectual" for my kind hehehe
4. Book that makes you sleepy
Computer and school books
5. First book that you bought with your own money (not bought by parents)
I think I started collecting Archie buying from my own money when I was still in high school. But it’s always on sale when I bought it that time so it wasn’t expensive =) Daddy by Danielle Steel is my first ever paperback novel.
6. Most expensive book you bought
Harry Potter books =) That’s the most expensive I got =) I usually buy books on sale.
7. Book given to you as a gift
Yaiks madami. Every occasion I receive book as a gift =) I usually receive a book that I already own so at the moment I have 2 copies of John Grisham’s The Bleachers, Sophie Kinsella’s Can you keep a secret and Innocent Man by John Grisham.
8. Favorite author
Our room is already cramped with my small shelf of books. And it’s loaded with the books I bought which is usually from the same author. So to cut this long story short, what books I’ve kept in my mini library is all my favorite authors =)
Danielle Steel, John Grisham, James Patterson, Michael Crichton, Nicholas Sparks, Sophie Kinsella, J.K. Rowling, Paulo Coelho, Mitch Albom, Graham Greene, Philip Pullman, Jeffrey Archer, and David Baldacci.

Prayers
I couldn't do it alone. I don't know if my prayers were strong enough so I'm pleading everybody's help. Just a silent prayer. This two big event coming our way. This really matters to me more than anything else. My other wish could be asked at a later time :) Please please pray for my youngest sister who will be taking her board exam for CPA on 11 October and 18 October. And my other sister who will be giving birth to our little angel by end of October. Although I know how we all are asking for something new everyday for ourselves, for our family and for our friends, I just hope you could squeeze this two tiny requests, please? :) It would mean so much to us.
May GOD help us as He had all along.
May GOD help us as He had all along.

Philippines (Purefoods) vs Singapore Slingers
Last night, we watched the game at the Singapore Indoor Stadium at Kallang with habiga’s friend Ronald and friends. I’ve never seen the stadium so full with almost 90% of noypi. And we had a better place than what we normally have when we’re watching concerts. And since I’m not a basketball fanatic, all I did was look and drool at the players hehehe and took lots of blurry pictures and videos. I like Fitzgerald of Slingers. But I can’t cheer whenever the Slingers got a point. Blood is still thicker than the pretty face of Fitzgerald. Err, whatever. The end score was 8 point lead in favor of Slingers. I’m sure I’m not the only one who thinks that the uncle referee is pretty annoying each time he disregard the fouls made by the Slingers. Maybe he didn’t see it. But everyone in the stadium is aggressively reacting to that. Hmm, I don’t know much of the game’s rules but I can see that he’s a bit unfair sometimes. When one guy from the Purefoods team approached the committee, the Australian (??) guy irately asked him to go back to his bench. Of course, almost everyone reacts boo-ing and cursing the Australian guy. Di nyo kami kaya! I don’t know if it’s normal but I felt proud showing those people they can’t emasculate us just like that. But it’s way off the line when someone threw a plastic bottle. One’s stance reflects the whole community. But aside from that and the fact that we lost in the game, everyone went home happy. It was raining so hard that most went to the newly built mall Kallang Leisure Park to get a late dinner like us and wait for the rain to stop. After our dinner, since it was still raining, we decided to watched a movie – Babylon A.D. I was kind of wondering why there were only 4 pairs including us watching the movie. The movie begins with a joke. Babylon A.D.’s first scene was the first scene from the Disaster Movie. Wrong DVD ;) We shouldn’t have complained because at the end of the movie, my question as to why there were only few people watching the movie was answered. No offense to you my dear Riddick. I really love you and that hot body of yours but this movie really sucks. Actually, the only movie you ever did that I really enjoy was XXX. Haaayyy, waste of money.
